The « Médicament et santé des populations » research group of the Faculty of pharmacy at the Université de Montréal, is interested in drugs utilization, their determinants, their risks and benefits and the evaluation of interventions to optimize their use.

This multidisciplinary group is a meeting of specialists in pharmacy, pharmacoeconomy, pharmacoepidemiology, evaluative research, sociology of health, care management and public health.

The multidisciplinary characteristic of the group is unique and enable him to approach the drug issue from multiple angles.

The collaboration with our clinician professors, who work in university hospital centres or affiliates from the Montreal region, also favor the realization of numerous projects.
